Egyptian cybersecurity expert Youssef Tarek has set a new world record in the World Book of Records for collaborating with the most organizations globally to identify and fix security vulnerabilities. Working with 205 companies, his contributions have significantly enhanced information security worldwide.
His collaborations were verified before the record was officially registered (WBR/RC/1553/2025, February 17, 2025). These companies span various sectors, including technology, banking, healthcare, and government agencies, where he secured data and systems against cyberattacks.
Youssef Tarek, a 22-year-old cybersecurity expert, has
become a prominent figure in the Arab world. He is known for his work
identifying security vulnerabilities and his involvement in initiatives that
strengthen the security of companies and organizations. While pursuing his
studies at the Arab Open University, Youssef also dedicates time to sharing his
expertise through social media platforms, where he has amassed over a million
followers.
This achievement is particularly timely given the surge in
global cyberattacks, underscoring cybersecurity's critical importance for
