Hisham Talaat Mostafa: Banan City to generate SAR 40 billion in sales

Banan City as a new model for modern integrated living in Saudi Arabia.
The Group has a proven track
record of success in Egypt, with projects such as Madinaty, Rehab City, and
soon to be launched Nour City. He further added that Banan City is the first
fully integrated city to be awarded to the private sector in Saudi Arabia.
In an interview with “Asharq”, Hisham
Talaat Mostafa projected Banan City's sales to reach SAR 40 billion.
He described Banan City as a fully integrated development encompassing 27,000 residential units. The city is designed to cater to the needs of its residents, providing a comprehensive range of services, including educational, medical, and recreational facilities.
In remarks following the
groundbreaking ceremony for Banan City, HIsham Talaat Mostafa announced that
construction will commence within 15 days, with the first phase of the city
scheduled for completion in four years.
