Jadeer Group targets contractual sales of approximately 10 billion Egyptian pounds in 2025. The company is set to launch new phases in ongoing projects, including the Garnet Residence. A strategic partnership with a major brand for hotel apartment management within the Garnet Residence is also in the pipeline, according to Engineer Mahmoud Abul Kheir, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Abul Kheir highlighted that Jadeer Group achieved impressive contractual sales of 5 billion Egyptian pounds within the first six months of the current year for the Garnet Residence project. Situated on a 14-acre site in New Cairo's North Investors area near North 90th Street, the project is an integrated urban complex featuring residential buildings with ground floors and six stories, alongside a commercial mall, hotel apartments, and a range of amenities. Notably, the built-up area constitutes only 18% of the total land area.
Looking ahead to 2025, Jadeer Group is implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy. This strategy emphasizes expanding the reach of Jadeer Group projects internationally through participation in overseas exhibitions and strategic collaborations with global real estate marketing firms. The aim is to attract a broader customer base, encompassing both Egyptians residing abroad and foreign investors interested in acquiring properties within Egypt.
