V Developments, a leading real estate developer, is set to launch its third project, "Leo Tower," in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital. Named by company founder, Engineer Ismail Hegazy, the project will prioritize sustainability.
Hegazy emphasized that this focus on sustainability builds upon V Developments' successful track record in construction, particularly the rapid progress achieved on "V Business Tower," which has surpassed 85% completion in record time. This success has fueled the company's expansion plans.
Hegazy further noted that the real estate market is witnessing a surge in customer demand, prompting companies to launch new projects to capitalize on this momentum and align with the government's vision for urban development.
