Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, conducted field visits and reviewed project reports to track the construction of thousands of "Housing for All Egyptians" units in New Obour, New Suez, New Minya, 15th of May, and 6th of October cities.
The Minister emphasized the critical need to adhere to delivery deadlines for the units, ensure the parallel implementation of service projects, and uphold the highest quality standards in construction and finishing.
Engineer Dr. Ahmed Ismail Gabr, Head of the New Obour City
Authority, inspected the housing sites, schools, and utilities, and emphasized
the need to expedite the implementation of service projects. He also inspected
the green housing project, which includes sustainable and environmentally
friendly housing units.
Engineer Asmaa Makhlouf, head of the New Suez City
Authority, monitored the construction of housing units, schools, nurseries, and
natural gas connection works, and directed adherence to schedules and quality
assurance.
Engineer Ahmed Moustafa Mohamed, Head of the New Minya City
Authority, inspected the construction of low-income housing units within
various phases of the initiative.
Engineer Ali Saad, Chairman of the May 15 City Development
Authority, monitored the construction of the nursery building and the final
finishing of the housing units, and indicated that the project's completion
rate had reached approximately 87%.
Engineer Mohamed Moustafa, Head of the 6th of October City Development Authority, conducted an inspection tour to monitor the finishing of housing units allocated for middle-income residents, and the importance of completing the work with high quality and on schedule was emphasized.
