Engineer Walid Abdel Rahman Hagagy, Head of the New Ras El Hekma City Authority, conducted an inspection tour of the "Shams El Hekma" alternative area to monitor infrastructure development.
The tour, accompanied by Deputy Head Engineer Mohamed Abdel Salam and other Authority officials, focused on inspecting the implementation of road, water, and sanitation networks for alternative lands in sectors (A-B-C) of the urgent phase, as well as inspecting the implementation of electricity networks in the same area and following up on the implementation status of the Ras El Hekma Language School.
Hagagy emphasized to the contracting companies the
importance of adhering to project timelines and ensuring work meets specified
technical standards and requirements.
Engineer Hossam El-Din Abdo, Head of the Northwest Coast
Authority (Sector III), and Authority officials conducted a field inspection of
a tourist village under construction on the Alexandria/Matrouh coastal road.
The inspection aimed to verify the developer's compliance
with the approved master plan, the ministerial decree for the project, and building
licenses issued by the Northwest Coast Authority (Sector III).
The inspection revealed that the developer has constructed numerous residential buildings according to 37 issued licenses, with various stages of foundation, column, and roof construction, and has progressed on the first phase of the hotel building, located on the eastern seaside, which will have a capacity of 380 rooms.
