ITIDA, CARITech sign MoU to boost software industry

The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) and CARITech, a leading provider of digital banking solutions, have joined forces to strengthen Egypt's software industry. The partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will provide CARITech with access to ITIDA's high-quality training, certification, consulting, and evaluation services. By leveraging these resources, CARITech aims to enhance its capabilities and contribute to the growth of Egypt's IT sector.

The MoU also emphasizes the importance of knowledge sharing and collaboration between the two organizations. Through the exchange of expertise and best practices, ITIDA and CARITech seek to foster a more skilled and competitive IT workforce in Egypt.

The MoU was signed by Eng. Ahmed El-Daher, CEO of ITIDA, and Dr. Ismail Ali, CEO of CARITech, in the presence of Dr. Haitham Hamza, Acting Head of the SECC, and a number of leaders from both the agency and the company.

Engineer Ahmed El-Daher expressed the agency's unwavering commitment to supporting Egyptian IT companies and promoting their global competitiveness. By forging strategic partnerships like this one, ITIDA aims to drive innovation, develop talent, and elevate the standards of the Egyptian software industry.

Through partnerships and initiatives like the export support program and 'Training for Employment,' ITIDA aims to enhance the skills of IT professionals, improve service quality, and position Egypt as a global leader in IT services.

CARITech praised the SECC for helping them achieve a top-tier global certification in software quality. The company's skilled engineers, combined with the SECC's expertise, have enabled CARITech to develop advanced banking solutions and contribute to the growth of Egypt's IT industry. The SECC offers a wide range of services to help IT companies improve their processes and meet international standards.
