Hyde Park Development Company reported a 280% surge in sales during the first half of this year, reaching 24.3 billion Egyptian pounds compared to 6.4 billion pounds during the same period last year.
The company's 'Sea Shore' project
on the North Coast achieved remarkable sales of 14.2 billion Egyptian pounds
during the first six months of 2024. This success propelled Hyde Park
Development Company into the top 10 real estate development companies operating
on Egypt's North Coast, according to The Board Consulting report.
The 'Sea Shore' project, a 240-acre development on the North Coast, was a key factor in Hyde Park's exceptional sales performance in the first half of 2024. All phases of the project were sold out within hours of launch, including the recently launched 'Shoreville' phase, which generated sales of 3 billion Egyptian pounds.
