Savills Misr, a leading real estate consultancy firm, has successfully delivered services for projects encompassing over 5.5 million square meters of development. According to Katzby Langer, the firm's president, Savills Misr currently manages a substantial built-up area of one million square meters.
Langer
highlighted the company's remarkable financial performance in the Egyptian real
estate market throughout 2023. Savills Misr achieved a significant revenue
increase of 68% compared to the previous year, accompanied by a substantial 76%
growth in profits. The firm's ongoing investment plan is progressing steadily,
remaining on track to meet its ambitious year-end targets.
He pointed out that Savills
achieved real estate sales exceeding 14 billion Egyptian pounds in less than 9
months since the beginning of 2024, which is attributed to the significant
activity in the buying and selling market recently.
Savills has been operating in the global market since 1855, with 39,000 employees and a global network of over 700 offices and partners in the Americas, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, the Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. Its annual revenue exceeds 2 billion British pounds.
