Mercedes-Benz has captured the largest share of the heavy-duty truck market in Egypt during the first nine months of this year.
The Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4048 K model recorded sales of 56 trucks, representing 19% of total sales, a figure matched by the Mercedes-Benz New Actros 4048 model.
The Mercedes-Benz New Actros 2136S model ranked third, with
sales of 43 trucks, accounting for 15%. Meanwhile, the Mercedes-Benz Arocs
4140B secured the fourth position with sales of 15 trucks.
The Mercedes-Benz New Actros model ranked fifth with sales
of 13 units during the first nine months of the year, while the Mercedes-Benz
Arocs 2136 came in sixth with 12 units. The Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4848 topped the
seventh position with 11 units, representing 4% of the market.
In eighth place, the Hyundai HD 270 sold 10 trucks, representing 30% of total sales during the first nine months of the year.
