ElBatal establishes EGP 6 billion development arm

ElBatal Group for Investment has established a new real estate development division, led by Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer Emad Dous. This division will oversee all domestic and international real estate projects, including ventures in Canada and Saudi Arabia.

Dous announced that the new division is capitalized at 6 billion Egyptian pounds, with planned investments totaling 10 billion Egyptian pounds across multiple projects. He emphasized that this strategic move aligns with the group's expansion plans, both within Egypt and globally.

He explained that Rock Developments has consolidated all its residential and commercial real estate projects under the "Rock" brand in Egypt, Canada, and Saudi Arabia. These projects include Rock White in New Heliopolis, Rock Yard in Sheraton, Rock Eden in 6th of October, Rock Capital in the New Administrative Capital, Rock Vera in the Fifth Settlement, Rock Gold Mall in the Fifth Settlement, and Rock Ville in Obour.

He pointed out that Rock Developments owns more than 10 residential and commercial real estate projects, housing approximately 7,000 families. Rock Developments aims to increase this number to 10,000 families in the near future.

He indicated that Rock Developments plans to launch new projects in 2025, with investments worth 10 billion Egyptian pounds. The projects start with Rock Residence, a commercial and hotel project located on the Hope Axis in the New Administrative Capital. The company will launch another commercial project on the main Ben Zayed Axis, and will acquire prime land in the New Administrative Capital and unveil further developments in the coming months.
