Contact Electronic Payment Company, a subsidiary of Contact Financial Holding Group, has expanded its partnership with e-Khales, a digital payments platform and subsidiary of E-Finance for Financial and Digital Investments. This strategic move aligns with Contact's commitment to digital transformation and innovative payment solutions. The expanded partnership enables Contact customers to conveniently pay installments and bills through e-Khales's extensive network of POS terminals nationwide. The agreement was formalized during Cairo ICT 2024, with the presence of Mr. Ibrahim Sarhan, Chairman of E-Finance Group and e-Khales Company, and other prominent figures from the information and communications technology sector.
The newly formed partnership between Contact and e-Khales empowers Contact customers with enhanced payment options. Customers can now fulfill their monthly obligations at over 600,000 POS terminals operated by e-Khales's partners throughout the country.
