MIDAR in talks with regional developers for new cities projects

Midar for Investment and Urban Development is actively pursuing partnerships with both local and regional developers to bring new projects to life," stated Ayman Al-Qoussy, the company's CEO and Managing Director.

During a CNBC interview, Al-Qoussy announced ambitious expansion plans, reflecting a forward-looking vision. These plans involve significant increases in investment across new projects, both domestically and internationally.

Al-Qoussy highlighted that Midar owns a substantial land portfolio of 46 million square meters, strategically located in Mostakbal City and Mada. Investments in Mostakbal City have already reached $7 billion, while the company plans to invest a further $14 billion in Mada City.

To effectively support its projects, Midar has established a group of specialized service companies. These include CIRCUIT, responsible for managing electricity distribution and maintaining power stations; WAYZ, dedicated to developing a sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation system; and CTRL, focused on managing city facilities.
