He emphasized that developing projects in the New Administrative Capital aligns with the group's commitment to providing modern work environments that support the government's goal of boosting economic growth.

Gawish added that the company prioritizes the New Administrative Capital due to the increasing demand from customers and investors. The city's investment value has risen significantly, particularly with the government's relocation to its new headquarters.
