LMD unveils New Cairo 50-acre residential hotel project

LMD Developments, a prominent real estate development firm, has launched its new project, More Residences, spanning 50 acres in New Cairo. This mixed-use development features fully furnished hotel units.

In a company statement, Engineer Amr Sultan, CEO of LMD, said that More Residences encompasses more than 1,000 luxury hotel units, ranging in size from 90 to 190 square meters for apartments and 181 to 220 square meters for duplexes.

Sultan added that More Residences is LMD's first mixed-use hotel units project in New Cairo, noting that the company focuses on diversity and strengthening its presence in new areas.
